Privacy Policy
How Top10000 protects your information and explains our final-sale purchase terms.
Top10000 collects information needed to process payments, review brand placements, operate our 10,000-position directory and respond to support requests. Approved brand information is public; customer email addresses are not shown on the wall.
Purchase policy: All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in our No Refund & Exchange Policy.
1. Who operates this website?
Top10000.online ("Top10000", "we", "our") is an online directory offering numbered, paid logo positions. For privacy questions, purchase enquiries or requests about personal information, contact [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Placement and contact details: company or brand name, email address, submitted website URL, logo image, alternative text, hover message, brand description, selected position number, and any support messages you send.
- Order and transaction records: selected position, displayed price, currency, order status, payment provider transaction references, payment confirmation, review outcome and administrative notes.
- Technical information: IP address, device/browser information as available in standard web-server and security logs, essential session cookies, CSRF protection data, and access or error logs.
- Website autofill: when you enter a URL, our server may request the public page and public logo or metadata images so it can suggest a company name, description and logo. Lookup attempts are rate-limited and may be logged for abuse prevention.
Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, sensitive personal information or material you are not authorized to publish.
3. Why we use information
We use information to reserve positions, complete and reconcile orders, verify payments, check eligibility under our Content Policy, publish approved brand listings, provide customer support, investigate disputes, prevent misuse, keep accounting records and maintain the security of the site. Where privacy laws apply, the legal basis may include performing our contract, complying with legal obligations and legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and website security.
4. What is made public?
Once approved, your logo, company name, submitted description, image alt text, hover message, website link and numbered position may be visible to visitors and discoverable by search engines. Do not submit anything you want to keep confidential. Your order email, payment references, administrative review notes and non-public order history are not intentionally displayed to other visitors.
5. Payments and external websites
Payments are processed by Stripe through a hosted checkout flow. We receive payment statuses and references needed to maintain orders; we do not store full card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices. Approved logos may link to third-party websites; their privacy and cookie practices are not controlled by Top10000.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential session cookies for secure operation, administrator authentication and purchase-form protection. The current application does not require optional advertising cookies to complete an order. If optional analytics, advertising tools or additional tracking are introduced, this policy and any applicable consent controls should be updated before enabling them.
7. Who receives information?
Relevant data may be accessible to authorized site administrators, our hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe for payments, and technical service providers needed for website operations or security. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate fraud or abuse. We do not sell customer contact information to advertisers.
8. Retention and security
We retain approved listing details while a placement is active and retain order records, security logs and communications as reasonably necessary for website operation, tax/accounting obligations, disputes and abuse prevention. Temporary suggested logo images are handled separately from approved published logos. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no internet service can offer absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your purchase, where applicable law provides those rights. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons. To request a review of an approved listing or change a submitted brand detail, email [email protected] with the order or position number. Verification of ownership may be required.
10. International processing and updates
Hosting and payment services may process data in other countries subject to their service terms and applicable protections. We may update this policy as the service changes; the revised version will be published here. We recommend reviewing it before making a purchase.
11. No refunds or exchanges
Purchases of logo positions are generally final and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another position. This policy applies to changes of mind and buyer selection errors. It does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law, correction of duplicate or unauthorized charges, or remedies if we cannot provide an eligible purchased placement. Review the No Refund & Exchange Policy and Terms of Service before paying. Privacy requests themselves are not treated as purchase cancellations.
