The agreement governing positions, payments, and publication.
1. What you purchase
Top10000 offers a curated 10,000-position online logo wall. A paid position provides a conditional right to display an approved company logo and clickable website link in the chosen numbered location. It does not grant ownership of the domain, infrastructure or intellectual property.
2. Pricing and billing
Prices are shown individually for each location before checkout. Purchases are one-time transactions with no recurring subscription unless clearly agreed otherwise in writing. Payment is handled through our payment provider. A checkout return page is not independent proof that payment was received.
3. Content review
All placements require review. You represent that you control the destination website and have rights to use the submitted name, logo and other materials. Adult, sexual, gambling, alcohol-promoting, fraudulent, illegal, hateful, violent and other prohibited material is not accepted. See our Content Policy. Paying does not guarantee acceptance, publication or permanent display of non-compliant content.
4. No refunds or exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection of a position or website, or disappointment with traffic, leads, sales or search performance. Exceptions apply where required by law, where a charge is demonstrably duplicate or incorrect, or when we cannot provide an eligible purchased placement. 5. Placement duration and changes
Approved positions do not have an automatically renewing monthly charge. Continued display is subject to the continued operation of Top10000, technical availability and compliance with these terms. We do not guarantee perpetual uptime. Logo, text and URL changes may require ownership verification and renewed editorial review. Transferring an order to another spot is not an automatic entitlement.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
This is a brand discovery and advertising placement, not an investment or a promise of visitor counts, inquiries, revenue or improved search rankings. Outbound paid links are qualified as sponsored for search engines.
7. Enforcement
We may remove links, suspend or disable listings that violate our standards or the law. We may investigate reports of content changes after approval. Where applicable law requires notice, an explanation or a remedy, those rights remain unaffected.
8. Liability and support
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for a specific purchase is limited to the price paid for that placement, without limiting protections that cannot legally be waived. Contact [email protected] with your order ID for assistance.
